Professor Dirgory Kirke
The Professor gave refuge to the Pevensies when they were evacuated to the countryside during WWII. He has been to Narnia before. In fact he was there when Aslan created it (The Magician's Nephew). He knows the Wardrobe is special because it is made of wood grown from a Narnian seed he brought back as a child (Aslan gave him a fruit to heal his mother who suffered great illness). The Professor is kind, curious, and respectful of the children and their adventures with Aslan. He's a life-long ally who joins them in the end in Aslan's country.
The professor is approximately 10 inches tall and is constructed and dressed in recycled wool.
